Calculation and Drawing of Hexagon Bolt: Hexagon bolt is a very common bolt, which is widely used. It can fasten connected parts by bolts, nuts and washers. The length of bolt L ≈ K + m + G1 + G2 + B1, after calculating the length, check the national standard, and take the standard length L according to the bolt length series. The following figure shows the assembly drawing of bolt connection. The size and specification of bolt connection can be obtained from the national standard table. However, approximate dimensions can be used when drawing threaded fasteners. Among them: B1 ≈ 0.3d; m ≈ 0.8d; K ≈ 0.7d; e ≈ 2D; D2 ≈ 2.2d; C ≈ 0.15dx45; H ≈ 0.15d; e ≈ 2D.
